  • Milk or plant-based milk (such as almond or oat milk) contributes to protein and calcium intake, essential for muscle and bone health.

Recipe

  1. Ingredients:
    • ½ cup rolled oats
    • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
    • ½ cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
    • ½ banana (optional, for added sweetness and potassium)
    • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds(optional)

Instructions:

  • In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, and milk.
  • Stir well until everything is mixed and the peanut butter is evenly distributed.
  • Add sweetener and banana slices if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  • In the morning, stir and enjoy! You can top it with additional fruits, chia seeds, nuts, or a drizzle of more peanut butter if you like.
