Hello xCREW Readers, Users(and Future Users)!

Are you ready to be a part of our beta testing program to help support our global expansion with our first stops in the US(Bay Area and LA)?

Beta Tester Program:

Over the next 4 months (Nov 2024 - Feb 28, 2025), we welcome you to explore the new xCREW app, complete tasks & requirements, and share feedback, and be eligible to earn a $200 Amazon gift card.

Tasks & Requirements

📌Tasks:

• Download our app “xCREW Global - Find Your Sport"
• Set up your profile
• Let us know how the group and/or event creation process is like
• Test out your first event, by hosting or joining an event

📌Requirements

• Host an event 1x per month.
• Send monthly feedback via our Google Form 

🚨Only testers who host at least 1 monthly event(s) are eligible for the $200 Amazon gift card 🎁.*

App Guide

Creating an Account

1. Sign up via Apple ID or Email
2. Pick sports categories you are interested in (up to 3 for each)
3. Set the location for your activities
4. Write short bio and upload profile photo (required)

Create a Group

Keep in mind that in order for you to create your event, you MUST create your group first.

**Public group: Anyone can register without any pre-approval process

**Private group: Anyone can register, but the leader must approve members to enter

1. Choose type of sports for your group & Complete Title and Description
2. Upload Image, determine the access level of your group(whether it's a public or private group)
3. Set member limit for your group size(minimum 3 members, maximum 300)
4. Set Activity Location
5. Review and launch your group

Creating an event

**Public event: Anyone can enter the event without a pre-approval process

**Private event: Anyone can register for the event, but the leader must approve members to enter.

1. Set the location where the event will take place
2. Access level: Decide if the event is public or private
3. Set Date of the Activity, Location, and complete the Description
4. Review and launch your Event
