Happy Halloween! How will you embark on your ‘Trick or Treat’ journey this year? In this edition, we will let you know a few Halloween-inspired outdoor activities you can do with your club?
Halloween Runs:
As the title says, wear your own costume to the running activity and run with your costume. Afterwards, there tends to be light refreshments and snacks to celebrate the spooky season. You are free to walk around and go trick or treating for some free candies in your neighborhood. Tip: As you run in your own costume, make sure you know your limits on how many miles you can run.Strava Art:
A creative way and intense way to celebrate Halloween. This type of art refers to creating drawings or images using GPS tracking data recorded during physical activities like running, cycling, or walking. Athletes and artists use apps like Strava to map out routes that, when completed, form recognizable shapes, animals, objects, or abstract designs on the GPS map. This unique form of digital art has grown in popularity, with people planning routes specifically to "draw" something creative while exercising.
