Meet the Crew - Kai

Hello xCREW Community! For this edition of Meet the Crew, we introduce Kai My name is Kai Strong, I am a non-binary runner, early childhood yoga and creative movement instructor. I am the founder of Kaizen Body Harmonics; a holistic wellness and fitness initiative using sound frequency, movement and technology to fine tune the body. 1. Do you have a memorable or rewarding experience that you can share from your time teaching yoga to Pre-K to 5th grade students? - In my most recent Halloween class, the students created spooky poses all generated by the students through organic movements. They each took the time to think about how the spooky characters showed up in all of our yoga poses. It was delightful to watch the process and see the fun results. 2. Any favorite running spot(s) in the Bay Area? - My favorite running spot in San Francisco is Ocean Beach either in the early mornings with the surfers or in the early evening with all the dog walkers. Thank you again Kai!...
